Repairman 5

Repairman 5

Sarah could not seem to get the rendezvous at the lighthouse from her mind not matter what she did her thoughts always drifted back to that night. It had only been a few days and John had emailed her a few times on each of those days. That was great but it was not enough and she craved him, desired him, and needed him!!! She wanted to take him for a ride he wouldn’t forget but she realized that she really didn’t know all that much about him. She had talked online and on the phone but she didn’t know where he lived. She had never asked so it wasn’t as if he was hiding it from her but it seemed like it would be a great way to set up meetings. To spend time at his place and not have to worry about getting caught by her husband or anyone else suddenly seemed to make a lot of sense to Sarah.

She decided to send John and email asking him if they could maybe meet at his place for a nice meal and a little fun. She typed it up and reread it before sending it off. She was a little unsure of how to sign it though. Was love to strong? Was sincerely not enough? Your friend? Hhhmmm, She struggled until deciding on a “yours, Sarah” at the end. It seemed to fit as it wasn’t over powering but yet it was signaling interest.  She clicked sent and off it went to John’s email inbox. She sat and wondered what he was really like away from the sex and romance she was able to see during their encounters and all of the kind words he spoke or typed over the internet. He was like “Romeo” of modern times to her and just wondered how someone could be so wonderful yet not scoffed up by any single woman with half a brain. He had told her that he just had not met the right one yet and that he had some nice relationships but the women turned out to be unfaithful or just “off their rockers” as he put it. She took him at his word as he seemed so sincere but she wondered a little as well. What did he do with his time? Where did he live? What was his house like? She realized there was probably more she didn’t know than she did know about John. The thoughts only last for seconds before she wanted him again, no needed him again. She was addicted like an addict to a powerful drug. She just wanted more and more and more of him. He consumed her thoughts and she was pushing her husband further and further away each and every day it seemed. He was so busy with work anyway that he was unlikely to notice. He hardly paid attention to her to begin which was why she was online and chatting in the first place. She hadn’t gone on with the idea of finding someone at all. She actually was against that altogether. She had hoped to find a few old friends form high school or maybe from college and maybe a select few new friends who she did not intend to meet but rather would just be a nice online venting circle. She thought it would be comforting to chat with someone to share the frustrations of life with and be able to know that someone else out there in this World was feeling something similar. She just wanted to have some interaction with someone else in this World. She needed to share her thoughts and feelings with someone instead of just letting them stew in her mind. Sarah was lonely and unhappy but certainly not looking for what she found in John. He seemed to fill every single void in her inner core. He somehow reached inside her, to her soul, and turned on a light. She felt alive and the connection sexually only reassured her that this was oh so right. It just felt so wonderful and so real that any doubts quickly were pushed away.

John sat in his leather chair typing away on his keyboard. His computer set up was one that anyone computer junkie would just love to have. Two large flat screen monitors and the most powerful computers that could be built. John always upgraded them to keep them on the cutting edge. He loved the power of the internet. He played many games online with most being role playing shooter games. He found them a challenge to stay alive and to hunt the others in the games. To be smarter and quicker then they were during the games was a rush to him. He loved them but had begun to crave the feeling even after he finished playing. He simply could not get enough of the rush of staying alive while being hunted. He hardly ever got caught in these games by others out there in this play World. However, lately he was distracted and when his other computer screen flashed with an IM coming in or let him know he had mail it was enough to pull his attention from the game to the messages. He loved having people want to talk to him as it was so different from his past. He remembered growing up and being shy in school. He had been the kid who always was picked on day in and day out. His clothes were from the local Salvation Army which was bad enough but his Mother had poor taste on top of that so he had the double whammy. Her choice for his glasses were not exactly charming either with their thick black frames which the ophthalmologist assured them would never break. John remembered being thrilled with that news as even back then he knew what that meant. John had never really been all that coordinated as a child and thus trying to play sports was not an option. Last to be picked was a certain thing for John each time teams were chosen. His mind began to drift back to those times but he was quickly brought back to the now by the chime of the “new mail” calling him. Someone wanted to talk to HIM. That rush beat any game. He clicked open the box and saw the emails was from Sarah. His face lit up by seeing her name on the header. He smiled as he clicked open the email.
